Rental Information

- Rental rates are quoted per night in CND and are based on a minimum stay of 4 nights.  
- Price is based on a maximum of 4 adults (19+) per apartment.  Additional adults may be permitted with permission of the owner and will be subject to an extra person charge of $20.00 per night. 

- Maximum occupancy is 4 people in lower unit and 6 people in upper unit.

Weekly bi weekly, and monthly discounts

- Weekly bi weekly, and monthly discounts ranging from 20-45% may be available available during regular and off season

Payment Methods
Canadian Money Order, Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Paypal (you incur any transaction or currency transaction fees), Cash

Booking Deposit
A  deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation. 

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival during regular or off season bookings, and four weeks prior to arrival for winter and spring break bookings.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellations are subject to forfeiture of all payments.  
If the property is re-booked, a penalty of 10% of the total reservation cost will be applied, with the remainder of the payment refunded. 

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 CAD per apartment ($1000 full cabin) is due on arrival.

Check In/Out Times 
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM
Flexible Check In/Out times may be possible, depending on outgoing/incoming guests.
