  • Living room/dinning room – vaulted ceiling; wood burning fireplace; queen sized Sofa Bed; 42” HDTV, Optik PVR, DVD Player - Netflix enabled, telephone (free local calls)

  • New apartment size fridge plus bar fridge and stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Tassimo Hot Beverage Machine, rice cooker, small slow cooker; dishes, cookware and utensils provided

  • Bathroom – heated floors, tub/shower, toilet, sink; towels & hair dryer provided

  • Laundry - Private compact washer/dryer

  • Games, toys, children’s books

  • Maximum Occupancy:  4

LOWER UNIT
